This 14th century villa is present on the secluded Montenegro peninsula and has not been in the market since centuries. This villa is owned by three families through the centuries and had been used as a quarantine station once for sailors returning from long overseas voyage but it has recently been used as a vacation home. The peninsula’s name means small fig and it is covered with wild fig trees and on the other hand the simple home is surrounded by pine trees and cypress. Just imagine the beauty!!! This villa covered with pine trees ensure total privacy and feature seven terraces. The area near it, named Rezevici is a small village. But despite of it being small, it’s amenities make it self sufficient and offers the same atmosphere as of a five star resort.

There is a popular tourist destination named Petrovac nearly four km from this resort that traces it’s root to Roman times. Earlier, this resort was considered an appropriate isolated facility with all necessary conditions for rehabilitation and now it’s a beautiful resort and offer wide facilities to people staying in it.
