Being pregnant during this period of pandemic may be stressful for many women. Gestation period needs extra attention and care and amid the Covid-19 with no vaccines and limited diagnostic, pregnant women need to follow better precautions. Covid-19 is a big problem which is currently faced by our country straight after world wars which took place years back. Countries are racing to reduce the corona virus cases and develop vaccines earlier than each other. 

Starting from doctor appointment to proper healthy eating, it might be challenging for you to catch up these important things at this situation. It’s natural to freak out during these uncertain times, no thanks to corona virus! However stress and anxiety won’t render any solution to your problem. So be calm and enjoy doing things you love and what’s better than writing a letter to your baby and jot down all the difficulties you are facing or how much you are going to love him.

Take care of your food intake and physical health. What you eat directly affects your baby, so make sure you have a balanced meal with proper fluid intake. Try walking inside the home, avoid going out to risk infection, and keep your doctor in loop with all exercises you plan to do. Get plenty of drinks, food, sleep and stay away from any risk factors. Know that what you feel is okay. It is a time when you will have a lot of mood swings and that is completely normal. This is a new and unknown situation for everyone. Make sure to get those feelings out in a healthy way by talking to your partner or your best friend or your physician. But don’t forget you need to stay active. Listen to your favourite music or dance around the house. This will help lighten up your mood.
