additional weights to getting used to it. Try getting started with some
pushups, dips, and squats each for 30 seconds and 10 seconds gap in between
each one of them and do the whole for 3 sets. TIME TO WORK LIKE A PRO
So yes the easy phase has gone and now it’s time for something serious. To start
with some heavy armory and increasing explosive strength. These workouts
would test one’s core strength as well.

These all should go for the beginners and doing these at least 40 minutes for 10
days by keeping in mind about the above directions, one should be able to get
some better results quickly.
