Comicstaan Season 2: Here’s why you should watch the show on Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime Video is doing a phenomenal job and its targeted content for Indian viewers is reaping the fruits for the company. According to the latest reports, Prime Video is performing better than Netflix in India which has forced the latter to launch a cheaper mobile-only plan.

Even then, Netflix cannot compete with Amazon which is offering a one-year subscription for a mere Rs 999.

However, it would be wrong to say that Amazon is successful only because of its cheap subscription cost. The company seems to have gauged the demand of Indian audiences and has been coming up with content which is loved by the audience.

One of the biggest successes of Amazon Prime Video in India is its stand-up comedy reality show – Comicstaan. After a terrific first season which was well received by the viewers, Amazon did not take too long before coming up with the second season.

Comicstaan Season 2 follows the same pattern but a few changes can be seen this time. Zakir Khan and Niti Palta – two of the biggest names in Indian comedy scene – joined as judges this season making it even bigger than last time.

Apart from this, the show has a new presenter – Urooj Ashfaq – who has managed to keep the viewers hooked because of her unique style and looks. The contestants are superbly talented making the competition extremely exciting.

Looking at the popularity of the show, Amazon decided to drop the first four episodes in one go and has been releasing one episode every Friday since then. Next week will see the last round before the top five contestants will be chosen who will compete for the winning title in the final episode.

So, if you have not started watching Comicstaan Season 2, this is the time you grab some snacks and binge-watch all the episodes. The show will not disappoint you if you love the stand-up comedy scene in India. So, what are you waiting for? Go, watch now!

This design is steller! You certainly know how to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
