Winter has come with a counterstroke this year. The body finds it difficult to urge warm and blood circulation dips. This, as a result, causes tightness within the muscles and stiffness within the joints. What we’d like may be thanks to do away with the chills and release any stiffness to realize freedom in your movement. As and when winter arrives, the air becomes chilly and dry initially. Here are few yoga poses that will make your winters easy and good.
Uttana Shishosana / Puppy Pose
Puppy pose in yoga is said to help release the hardness from the upper spine by stretching the upper body which includes chest, shoulders and neck. This position can help you stay active.
Method: Begin by being during a kneeling position on your mat. Place your palms before your knees and begin to slip them forward and make sure you don’t slide too much.
Trikonasana / Triangle Pose
This yoga pose may be a sideward bend and a hamstring stretch rolled into one. It releases the tightness within the spine and hips and also helps to ease lower backache. The whole body feels light and awakened!
Method: Turn open the proper foot facing to the proper side. Open your arms and make sure you bend the body to your right. Rest your right palm on the thigh or shin and extend the left toward the ceiling. Repeat the same on the other side.
Parighasana / Gate Pose
This yoga is a tremendous stretch to your legs and spine. This exercise is basically to help you relieve from stiff joints. It helps to release the tightness within the calves, hamstrings, groin and spine.
Method: Start by being on your knees. Extend the proper leg to the side, keeping the left knee on the mat. Confirm the foot is strongly pressing on the mat. Slowly bend your body to the proper side and place the proper palm on the leg. You’ll extend the left up within the air. Repeat the same on the other side.
