Not to be surprised but many people love tea and some also state that they cannot live without it. Its one of the best beverage people love. You may be one of them but do you know having tea every day in lots of amounts may bring harm to your health. Yes, it’s considered to be the best companion of people when stressed. Right from celebrations to sorrows, for a tea lover the only constant in this world is the love of tea but having something in lots of amounts may harm your body whether it is wine or tea.  The choice of tea varies from one person to the other and also upon region to region. Starting from masala chai to aromatic chamomile tea to smooth decaf tea, there’s a galore of variants to choose from! Tea can bring lots of side effects with itself so be cautious about how much you drink it.

Sometimes you suffer from lack of sleep, maybe because you have already slept a lot but if you have not that’s a matter to think about. If this happens, blame it onto your love- tea! Too much consumption of tea may harm your sleep cycle in many ways. The presence of caffeine in tea makes it way more harmful than what it sounds because caffeine affects our body in many ways including restlessness and feeling uneasy. Caffeine is also responsible for producing stomach acid more than what stomach actually produces. You may also suffer from nausea at times if you drink tea too much and specially if you consume milk based tea which may irritate the digestive tissue and lead to bloating, discomfort, and stomach ache. Not only this but tea also lead to increased anxiety and stress. So limit your consumption of tea and live a healthy life without even sacrificing your love for it!
