With Covid as our new reality, most folks are using social media tons to attach to both new people and our existing communities. And truly what we are browsing currently may be a true test of our strength… isn’t it? Here are seven tips or affirmations to recollect once we struggle with not being enough and with insecurities:

Accept posing for approval from others for what it’s. We all roll in the hay, and it’s natural to be very conscious of how others answer us. Seek inner validation inside yourself to point out you the simplest of who you’re. It starts with self-knowledge.

 

  1. The ego is that the one seeking validation. Celebrate the ego! The ego isn’t your enemy. Radical self-acceptance is that the path to overcoming the sensation of insecurity.
  2. Insecurity may be a powerful enemy. Praising your own self for the great but also acknowledging and living in awareness for the not-so-good is vital to inner confidence.
  3. Start with daily affirmations. Check out yourself within the mirror look at things you actually love about yourself. It doesn’t matter how fat i’m or my current relationship status. I personally wish to repeat, “Always sexy, and always brilliant”.
  4. Affirm the items and keep doing the items that cause you to feel good about yourself. Celebrate the sexiness, the dark side, the loud side, the ambitious, sexy person who you’re.

Remember, our journey isn’t about being better than others. It’s about saying goodbye to the conditioning of the planet, which incorporates cultural, family, and even friend conditioning. This world has tried to stay us from the reality of our sexy being for too long.

You are enough as you are!
