Before getting started first of all let’s clear what is all about the core we talk
about as there are many myths regarding this. So to start, the core is at the center
of our body and comprises of the abs, back, chest, and hips. It stabilizes the body
allowing it to move in any direction with a good balance that’s why it gives us a
major reason to strengthen it thus calling it core strength.
One’s personality is well defined by the posture one has and core strength helps
attaining it. Good posture lessens wear and tear on the spine and allows you to
breathe deeply making it easier for anyone to travel through your muscles to contract.
A strong core will consist of muscles that work together to support your body
making your body less susceptible to injuries, keeping your body aligned and
minimizing strain on muscles and joints and trains the muscles in the pelvis, lower
back, hips, and abdomen to work together.
All of the above effects make the core strong enough to strengthen the body
moreover starts bearing the weight of the body thus eliminating back pain as it
reduces muscle strain and supports the body to work together.
Summing up to the fact that strong core not only increases one’s physical strength
but also acts as an energizer and makes one feel energetic and charismatic to do
and go for anything.
