We have become so dependent on things and machines these days that we sometimes forget that these things were once made by man and we can do things by ourselves. A LOWER BODY WORKOUT WITH CARDIO BURNOUT
This isn’t a regular leg workout. There are a few exercises that I am sure you must not have tried such as runners lunge to balance or cockscrew. Just lie down on your back , plant your feet to the floor, place your arms across your chest ,exhale and lift your upper body and inhale and return to the starting position and keep repeating and the exercise is done!
A squat is a strength exercise in which the trainee lowers his hips from a standing position and then stands back up. Squats are considered as a vital exercise for increasing the strength and size of lower body muscles as well as developing core strength. Not only squats shape your quads, hamstrings and gluts, they also help your balance and mobility and increase your strength.
Pushups help in building upper body strength. They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. Pushups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength. They can be done from virtually anywhere and don’t require any equipment.
