There are days when you may feel fatigued and tired due to some reasons or your hectic schedule. But feeling tired may not help you with other activities throughout the day. Even though every food can give you energy to stay fit throughout the day but there are some special food that are not only meant to keep you healthy but also keep you energized throughout the day. You have a lot of options that are healthier than what you’ll find in most shops or in another word, packed food! 

YOGURT

Many people love eating yogurt. It contains vitamins B2 and B12 in a large amount, which are involved in cellular functions. Moreover, yogurt is packed with protein which helps to slow down the digestion of carbohydrates and hence slowing down the release of sugars into the blood. 

BANANA

Bananas are a source of potassium, fiber, and carbohydrates. The combination of carbohydrates and fiber provides a long lasting energy. You can eat banana whenever you feel low on fuel. It works as a sports drink for athletes or cyclists. 

WATERMELON

Watermelons are a great source of hydration for us. Watermelons are 92% water and contain vitamin C, vitamin A, and many other nutrients in great amount. Dehydration can increase the feelings of fatigue and so watermelons can keep you stay hydrated and fresh. 

CHIA SEEDS

Chia seeds are rich in nutrients and fibers. Fiber is useful for preventing blood sugar and can also help to control rapid changes in blood sugar levels that can be another possible cause of fatigue.

ORANGES

Oranges are rich in vitamin C content. They contain antioxidants that can provide protection from oxidative stress in your daily life. The antioxidant provided by compounds in oranges may be able to help decrease fatigue and give you energy.
