Life becomes very hard when you have oily skin. If you have an oily skin then there’s a constant battle combating oils on the forehead and the nose. You have to combat oily skin because it does not let your make up move when you do that.
If you’re an oily skin, no matter what you do, you just can’t help the makeup from sliding off your face. Even your expensive primer doesn’t help the makeup stay.
If you are tired of this then don’t worry we have you covered. This one hack will change your beauty game altogether.
Here are the steps to achieve it
1. The first step is to wash and cleanse your make-up just as you do. Once you’re done cleansing, you should apply eye cream, face serum and moisturiser. Make sure you allow them to seep deep into your skin.
2. Don’t just rush to the next step and give your skin at least five minutes to settle from all the moisturiser you’ve massaged into it. The moisturiser will act as a good base to apply other makeup products.
3. The third step is the most important step. Here you shouldn’t apply your foundation first. Firstly, tap some powder and brush it across your face. It is important to note here that the finer the powder, the better it will sit on your skin. You can opt to go for a banana powder or simple translucent powder.
4. After the third step, you can follow it up with the rest of your makeup. After applying the foundation, make sure that you brush the powder lightly again on your nose and forehead. Allow it to ‘bake’. It is a process, in which you let the powder settle for a good 5-10 minutes so that the excess oil is absorbed.
